A couple folks in the past have described an experience where it appears that all of their activity has disappeared. More often than not, this is a result of accidentally creating a second (brand new) account on SCVNGR.

When registering through Facebook, SCVNGR creates an account using the email associated with your FB account. Sometimes folks will try to log into the app or their online account, forget their password and create a second account using a different email from the one that they use for Facebook. Before creating this second account, we'd suggest retrieving your password by clicking the 'Forgot Password' button from the login screen at www.scvngr.com/login.
